You can have them as Julia Child's personal omelette, two eggs sunny side up, or scrambled with cheese and veggies. You can also have a Benedict with Canadian bacon, poached egg, and hollandaise, or with bacon, sausage, or veggies. The menu notes that you can have eggs "however you like" and should "speak with the chef"
