Green River Bridge Inn Sunday Brunch

We are serving brunch every Sunday from 9:30-1:00.  We have limited seating so please reserve by emailing, calling 802-490-2632, or filling out the contact form below with the number in your party.  Brunch is $27.50 + tax per adult and $12.50 + tax per child under 14.  Brunch includes the items in the menu below.  The Richard (a smaller serving of all of the items) is an additional $3.00.  Mimosas and Bloody Marys are also available for $9 + tax.

Yogurt Parfait

Layers of vanilla bean yogurt, fresh fruit, granola

Vanilla Scones

Fresh baked scones with vanilla icing, served with fresh clotted cream

Avocado toast

Toasted multi-grain bread covered with slices of fresh avocado, poached egg (optional)

Eggs Benedict

Fresh Owl's Head Farm toasted biscuit with Canadian bacon, poached egg, asparagus spears topped with hollandaise sauce

Biscuits and sausage gravy

Vegetable Frittata

Frittata made with onions, spinach and plum tomatoes

French Toast Casserole

French baguette soaked overnight in egg batter and brown sugar, baked and served with VT maple syrup

Corn waffles

Corn bread waffles filled with corn kernels, buttered and served with VT maple syrup

Belgian waffles

Fresh baked waffles, buttered and served with local maple syrup

Monte Cristo sandwiches

3 Layers of french toast stuffed with ham, turkey and cheese, baked and served with VT maple syrup
