Brunch Selections

 

The inn's brunch menu includes the following selections, with ingredients locally sourced when possible:

​

  1. Berry Parfait: Made with fresh berries, granola, and plain or maple-infused yogurt.

  2.  

    • Toasted Homemade Bread or English Muffin: Served with preserves, honey, compote, or cream cheese.

    • Krystle's Quiche: Contains eggs, veggies, and Vermont (VT) cheddar.

    • Eggs!: You can have them as Julia Child's personal omelette, two eggs sunny side up, or scrambled with cheese and veggies. You can also have a Benedict with Canadian bacon, poached egg, and hollandaise, or with bacon, sausage, or veggies. The menu notes that you can have eggs "however you like" and should "speak with the chef".

  3. French Toast or Homemade Pancakes: Served with Vermont Maple Syrup.

The price for the brunch selections is $35 plus tax.
